• To help in making Assumption University IT Center of Excellence with the most comprehensive IT services.
• To house IT-related units of Assumption University, e.g. Computer Center.
• To serve as the largest open access IT area in AU.
• To provide computer and Internet services to students, faculty and staff members 24 hours/day and 7 days/week (Starting with, say, 30 terminals).
• To provide free computer and Internet services to students, faculty and staff members.
• To provide partly free and partly paid computer and Internet services to AU alumni.
• To serve as Incubators for IT-Related Start-up companies.
• To serve as IT Skills Development Center for the Blind and the Deaf.
• To serve as IT Literacy Development Center for Kids.
• To serve as IT Skills Development Center for the Aged.
• Any other appropriate IT-related purposes.
